Mayya Plus’s founder and designer, Mayya, showcased her talent in the fashion industry as early as 2009 when she won third place in the Model Star Competition in the Guangdong region. In 2010, she further solidified her position by clinching the championship title in the Global Model Competition’s China division, marking the beginning of her illustrious fashion career.
In 2016, fueled by her passion for fashion, Mayya embarked on a journey to the United Kingdom for further studies and design refinement. Her time abroad broadened her horizons and enriched her creative inspiration. During her studies, she gained profound insights into the diversity and inclusivity of fashion, laying a solid foundation for her future venture into creating her own brand.
In 2019, Mayya founded Mayya Plus and assumed the role of the brand’s design director, infusing her unique design philosophy and fashion perspectives into its DNA. Her designs not only prioritize fashion and quality but also emphasize practicality and comfort, aiming to provide more sophisticated dressing options for women aged 30 and above.
As the brand continued to grow and expand, Mayya Plus’s online fan base also flourished. By 2020, the brand had amassed over 500,000 followers, and by 2021, it achieved a remarkable milestone of daily sales exceeding 1 million. These accomplishments underscore the brand’s strong influence and appeal in the market.
In 2023, Mayya Plus’s online followers surpassed the 2 million mark, a testament to the brand’s enduring strength and Mayya’s relentless dedication and hard work. Looking ahead, she remains committed to infusing the brand with passion and creativity, bringing more vitality and inspiration to the fashion world.
